Why choose Leadership Development?

  • People who combine inspiring leadership with the management skills to effectively guide processes are in high demand among both small and large businesses in Mid-State’s district.
  • Students will learn from faculty who are high-performing leaders with real-world experience.
  • This program is a great fit for those who want to attain the full associate degree or for those who simply wish to skill up in any specific area of their leadership through individual course completion.
People enter the business world from all walks of life, and it’s not uncommon for the hardworking and dedicated to advance until they are directing the work of others. However, not all great employees will automatically make great leaders without formal training in leading people and managing processes.
