Employability Skills

In addition to specific job-related training, Mid-State has identified a set of employability skills that go beyond the content of a specific course.

The College supports all certificate, technical diploma, and associate degree students in developing these skills:

• Communicate Effectively: Writing, Technical Documentation, Listening, Speaking, Interpersonal Communication, Reading
