Academic Progress Policy
Our goal at Mid-State Technical College is to help each student be successful in achieving their educational goals. The following academic progress standards are in place to help students stay on track and get back on track to reaching their goals. This policy applies to all associate degree and technical diploma program students. Academic progress is determined upon completion of each academic term (fall, spring, and summer) and is based on prior and current academic performance. In addition to the College Academic Progress Policy, some students may also need to fulfill federal financial aid Satisfactory Academic Progress and/or program-specific grade requirements, as some programs require a “C” or better in all program classes.
