Mid-State provides the full college experience, including student housing options in both Stevens Point and Marshfield. Choose from the UW-Stevens Point co-ed residential halls in Stevens Point and The Villas student housing in Marshfield. Either way, make lifelong friends and connections in a supportive environment close to campus.

Residential Halls in Stevens Point

Thanks to our partnership with the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, Mid-State students can live in a residence hall (a.k.a. "dorm") on the UW-Stevens Point Campus. 

  • Live with other Mid-State students, or request to room with a friend who may be attending UW-Stevens Point.
  • Includes meal plan, cable TV, internet, and residential activities and events.
  • Transportation is available between UW-Stevens Point's dorms and Mid-State's Stevens Point Downtown Campus (approximately one mile away).
  • Cost is the same as for UW-Stevens Point students—between $3,500 and $4,150 per semester.

The Villas at Marshfield

Mid-State Technical College provides student housing near the Marshfield campus through a contract with The Villas at Marshfield. This premier apartment community provides fully furnished apartments with private bedrooms and bathrooms.

  • Live with other Mid-State students, or request to room with a friend. 
  • Includes cable TV, internet, and residential activities and events. 
  • Apartments are within walking distance of Mid-State’s Marshfield Campus.
  • Free parking.
  • Cost is $499 per person per month.
