No warranty implied or otherwise is offered on repairs performed by Mid-State Technical College. Replaced parts may be requested by customer. I hereby authorize the above repair work to be done along with all necessary materials. I understand that all work will be done by as instructional projects by Mid-State Technical College students. In consideration, therefore I agree that Mid-State Technical College, it's students, agents, or employees and Mid-State Technical college District, it's officers, agents or employees shall not be liable for loss or damage to the vehicle, it's parts or contents due to negligent or defective repairs, fire, theft, repossession by the seller or mortgages, or for any other loss or damage whatsoever.  You, your employees and students may operate the above vehicle for the purposes of testing, inspection or delivery at my risk. An express mechanic's lien is acknowledged on the above vehicle to secure the amount of repairs thereto. In the event legal action is necessary to enforce this contract, I understand that I am solely responsible for all costs including attorney's fees and court costs.
