Central Wisconsin Fall Fire Conference
Fire department personnel are invited to join Wisconsin Rapids Fire Department and Mid-State Technical College for the third annual Central Wisconsin Fall Fire Conference. Experience a high quality, professional conference where you will have the opportunity to grow through networking, collaboration, and hearing from Michael M. Dugan, retired FDNY Captain.
Registration is required. Through the generous donations of sponsors, the conference is being offered at a fee of $15 per attendee.
Keynote Speaker
Michael M. Dugan
Michael Dugan has been involved with the fire service for over 40 years. He is a 27-year veteran of the FDNY and served as captain of Ladder Company 123 in Crowns Heights, Brooklyn, before his retirement. As a lieutenant, he served in Ladder Company 42 in the South Bronx and was a firefighter on Ladder 43. He is a member of the FDIC International and Fire Engineering advisory boards. He is the recipient of the 2020 Tom Brennan Lifetime Achievement Award, presented at the FDIC International 2020 Opening Ceremony. Captain Dugan leverages his extensive knowledge as well as his experience and leadership as a certified instructor and Fire & Life Safety Consultant with NY Fire Safety Institute (NYFSI) where he develops fire safety plans, fire protection plans, and residential fire safety guides.
