The Solomon Amendment, a federal law, mandates that institutions receiving certain federal agency funding must fulfill military recruitment request for access to campus and for lists containing student recruiting information. Recruiters may receive recruiting information for either the immediately previous, current, or future term for all students
age 17 and older, who are/were registered for at least one credit hour in the requested semester/term. MSTC complies with the regulations of the Solomon Amendment. |
