TechConnect
The TechConnect job posting database is a collaborative effort among the 16 Wisconsin Technical Colleges. TechConnect allows you to review the jobs posted specifically to Mid-State or to broaden your search to view other technical college job postings.

How to Register for Services
In order to receive job postings by email or snail mail, or to access jobs on-line from an off-campus computer, please register with the Career Services office at careerservices@mstc.edu or call 1.888.575.6782, ext. 5426 or 715.422.5426. Please provide your name (and your name when you attended, if different), student ID, address, phone number, email address and program from which you graduated. These services remain active for six months. After six months’ time, you may contact us to continue services.

MSTC’s Career Services office helps students and alumni make an informed and smooth transition from the familiar world of education to the exciting world of beginning a new career.

Your Career Services office provides more than just information about job
openings. If you were unaware that you can get career assistance, we invite you to familiarize yourself with any / all of these free services:

- One-on-one job hunt preparation
- Unique career-search advising (i.e. Internet)
- Help with resume, cover letters, applications
- Assistance in preparing for the interview
- Job postings (full- and part-time positions)
- Alumni services (receive postings after graduation!)
- Services for students with disabilities
- On-campus interviews with employers
- Company presentations / displays
- References mailed to prospective employers

Who should use CAREER SERVICES?
Whether you're embarking upon your first "real job" search, an MSTC alumnus, or looking for part-time employment while a student, please consider using the College's free career services. Career services are for everyone!

When should I begin using CAREER SERVICES?
In short - the day you begin your education at MSTC isn't too early! You can begin by reviewing the many jobs posted on TechConnect, then continue to take full advantage of the free services you see listed above throughout your time at MSTC and as an alumnus!
