| Student & Employee Right to Know Mid-State Technical College is committed to maintaining an environment that supports student learning and achievement. The use and abuse of alcohol and other drugs interferes with a person’s ability to learn and grow in the college environment. The Drug Free Workplace Act requires colleges and universities to provide students and employees written, detailed information about these issues. The intent of the law is to ensure that you have complete information about the extent of the problem, the risks involved, the legal standards that have been adopted and the offices and agencies in the community to which you can turn for help.
