Mid-State Technical College's Interactive Television (ITV) distance
learning network connects geographically-separated classrooms using
fiber-optic technologies that provide full-motion, two-way video,
voice and data communication. This enables learners at different
locations and the instructor to see, hear, and interact with each
other.
