Scholarship recipients were evaluated and chosen by the MSTC Selection Committee based upon individual scholarship criteria, students’ essay responses, academic achievements and financial needs. Established in 1979, the mission of the Mid-State Technical College Foundation is to promote the college through the development and management of funds to provide student scholarships and grants, and to support the educational programs of the college to encourage life-long learning.
